Can I make a return or exchange?
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will gladly accept returns, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unused, and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit, provided you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please reach out to us at hello@shinymaemagic.com to initiate your return. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept exchanges at this time and recommend you returning and placing a new order.
Please be aware that we do not process returns without a receipt from www.shinymae.com or after 30 days from receiving your order. In such cases, the customer remains responsible for the return shipping cost.
What if my item arrived damaged/defective?
If your item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged, please allow us the opportunity to make it right for you. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@shinymaemagic.com, and we'll swiftly address the issue.
