Shipping policy

How soon will my order ship?

We process orders within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. For orders placed on a weekend or holiday, processing begins the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number—something fun is on its way! Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping typically takes up to 7 business days after your order ships, in addition to our 1–2 business days of processing time.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy holiday periods or carrier delays. If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of shipment, please contact hello@shinymaemagic.com with your order number, and we’ll help check its status.

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. Processing time still applies to expedited orders.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to bring Shiny Mae Magic to more destinations in the future!
