Shipping policy

How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to two business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm that something fun is on it's way! :) Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.

Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.

How long will it take to get my order?

Packages can take up to 7 business days to arrive for standard shipping except during major holidays. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please reach out to hello@shinymaemagic.com. We provide expedited shipping with additional cost. 

Can you ship internationally? 

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. But we’re hoping to roll out shipping internationally in the future!
